What is your primary product or service?
Plumbing service - repairs, replacement, installation
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We provide honest, dependable service at a reasonable rate. Our plumbers are not on commission nor are they rewarded for up-selling the customer. We repair instead of replace when possible unless the customer wants a new fixture or line. We charge by the actual time we invest in the job, not by a straight rate where the customer may pay more for a job that does not take very long to complete.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We serve all of Middle Tennessee.

We come to the customer.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, credit cards, debit cards, checks, electronic payments, money orders
Which areas do you service?
All of the Middle Tennessee area. We do travel out of the area for some of our commercial accounts.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our Office Manager is David Johnson. The main scheduler and dispatcher in Pamela Winchester.
What are your hours of operation?
Regular hours are between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday - Friday. We offer emergency services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We do charge overtime rates after hours and on weekends.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The best compliment is that a plumbing problem was repaired correctly, for a reasonable rate, by a polite and friendly plumber.
