You can start off with one of our Virtual Office Packages or Coworking Memberships and add more services or days as you need. Then you can move up to a dedicated desk space or private office when you are ready. Members have access to meeting and training rooms, coworking areas, breakrooms, IT support, and admin support at all locations.

We have been providing offices, administrative support, and meeting space to the Nashville area since 1984.
What is your primary product or service?
We primarily lease small offices to individuals, small business owners, or corporations. We also provide on-site management and business support services.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
With 41 offices and over 10,000 square feet of total space, we are one of the largest executive suites in the Nashville area. Whether you choose an interior or window office - 100 square feet, 300 square feet, or something in between - we're sure we can find the perfect office or group of offices for your business. We offer short-term contracts, little capital expenditure, and total flexibility.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Located off I-24 East at the Harding Place exit (56), we are six minutes from the Nashville International Airport, 10 minutes from the downtown Nashville business district, and just across the street from the YMCA. Immediate interstate access gives you complete mobility throughout the city and offers a central, easy-to-find location for your clients. From Downtown - Take Interstate 24 East to Harding Place (exit 56). Turn left at stoplight at end of exit ramp. At second stoplight turn right on South Perimeter Park Drive. From Airport - When exiting the airport, turn right onto Donelson Pike South. Continue on Donelson Pike until it ends and turns right into Harding Place. On Harding Place, go to the third traffic light and turn left onto South Perimeter Park Drive. From Brentwood - Take Interstate 65 North to Harding Place (exit 78). Turn right onto Harding Place as you come off the exit ramp. Continue on Harding Place (3.8 miles). After crossing I-24, turn right at the second stoplight onto South Perimeter Park Drive. From Murfreesboro - Take Interstate 24 West to Harding Place (exit 56). Turn right at the stoplight at the end of the ramp. At next stoplight, turn right onto South Perimeter Park Drive.

We are open from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Our residents have 24/7 access.
